Shipping Policy

Erpt currently ships to addresses in the United States. Standard shipping is free on all orders. Orders are shipped through USPS with an estimated delivery time of 7–15 calendar days after dispatch.
Order processing
Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding United States federal holidays. The 7–15 day delivery estimate starts after the order has been dispatched and is an estimate rather than a guaranteed date.
Shipping method and cost
USPS is our standard carrier. Free standard shipping applies to all United States orders shown as eligible at checkout. If an alternative service is offered for a specific order, its cost and estimated delivery time will be shown before the order is submitted.
Tracking and delivery
When tracking is available, we send the tracking details to the email address provided with the order. Carrier scans can take time to appear. If tracking does not update or a package appears delayed, contact us so we can help investigate with USPS.
Address accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Contact us as soon as possible if an address needs to be corrected. We cannot guarantee changes after an order enters processing, and additional carrier charges caused by an incorrect address may be the customer’s responsibility.
Delays, lost packages, and exceptions
Delivery estimates may be affected by weather, holidays, carrier disruptions, incorrect addresses, apartment access, or other events outside our reasonable control. If USPS marks a package delivered but it cannot be located, please check the delivery location and contact us promptly so we can assist with the carrier inquiry.
Taxes and service area
We currently serve customers in the United States. Applicable sales tax is calculated and collected according to the rules that apply to the order destination. We do not promise international delivery unless the checkout specifically offers it.
